Hello there my name is Toss. I was brought back to the SPCA because my owner could no longer care for me. I am very outgoing towards everyone that I meet. I am great with cats of any age. I have not been around any dogs yet, but I am willing to meet them if you have any. My ideal home would be were I am kept as an inside cat with plenty of room to venture and play. I got my name when I was first brought here because people saw me being thrown out of a car window, so the outside world is a scary place for me.
