Hi there! My name is Sparky. I am a female Chihuahua mix who was born on April 1, xxxx. I was first brought to the SPCA, along with a few of my friends, from the Lake County Animal Control back in March. The staff there thought I would have a better chance at getting adopted here. Let me tell you something, I am a real live wire! The SPCA staff has given me the nickname " Energizer Bunny" because I am always on the go! I don't seem to care much for the other small dogs here, so if you have another dog, we would need to meet first. I'd probably do best with a more submissive, easy-going dog. I do well with kids, but they would just need to be a little older. I was adopted in June, but my family brought me back to the SPCA 'cause they were moving, and they had another doggie they got from here. They just couldn't afford the pet deposit on the both of us. So here I am, waiting to find my new home! I would love to go to an active family, that likes to go on lots of walks every day, and a fenced back yard where I could run and play would also be nice.
