My name?s Ruby, and boy, am I happy to meet you (as you can see by my wiggly butt)! I am a female Bull Terrier mix who was born in December of xxxx. I was brought back to the SPCA because my previous owner moved and just threw me out. Can you believe that?!?! I am fully housebroken. I play a little "ruff," but it is all in good fun, and I do well with older children. I would like to be an indoor dog because this Florida heat can be scorching, which isn?t really good for me! If you have any other pets I would need to meet them before going home with you. I am fully grown, but the vet says that I need to be on a diet (I say that I?m just big-boned) and exercised! Yeah, one other thing you ought to know about me is that I need a lot of exercise to stay fit! My breed loves playing catch with a bouncy rubber ball, going for long walks, and running and playing off leash in a big fenced-in yard. My new human should be a strong handler because I am quite the puller! There is a special collar that works great with me and with other really strong canines, and it is called an Illusion collar.
